New OT/PT/APE hires will: Demonstrate a foundational understandingn of DPS values and equity commitments, be equipped with the necessary resources and onboarding support, develop proficiency in processess related to IEP development and service documentation, and become familiar with responsibilities including equipment procedures, caseload management, and compliance with required district processes.
